1. How can I update or edit my profile in the future?

To update or edit your profile on cupaya.com you will have to login and click connect profile  section click edit option then update or change your details. It is important to keep your profile up-to-date to ensure that you can post for matched positions

2. I can’t remember the password to my account. How can I login again?

In this case, you have to click ‘lose your password ‘section in ‘cupaya.com  on home page. This page asks your username or email id  to reset your password.

3. Who all have access to my profile?

Once you have create your profile that time you can set what we are seen your profile.You will have to login cupaya.com and click connect profile section click edit option then update or change your details, that time set option the field everyone seen or change only my friends or everyone or only me or all members

4. How can I check my order status?

You check your orders and status on your order page.

5. how long it takes to deliver the order?

It takes 4-7 days to ship an order. Once shipped, a product should be delivered to you within 5 days. However, there might be some delay in delivery due to below mentioned reasons:

If the area where you live is very interior in the region.

Natural calamities like heavy rain,Political disturbance, National and Regional holidays etc.

6. How can I modify my order after having placed it?

Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won’t be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.

CHANGE ADDRESS

Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address/phone number / Email id . However, you may cancel your order and place a new one with the preferred     address/phone number / Email id

Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.

7. When can i pick the item from the buyer?

If you selected Pick from the buyer, While your order., As soon as you placed the order., you can go and pick the item from the seller.Not later than 2 working days.

8. Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale

9. What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

It means that the stock for the product is not available with our vendors at the moment & so, you can’t buy it now.

10. Does cupaya.com deliver internationally?

Sorry, we don’t deliver items outside India yet.

11. How can i manage my orders?
We have a user-friendly dashboard available for you to manage your orders, products & inventory once you are registered as a seller.

12. How do i get payments from cupaya.com?
Payment for all successful orders would be transferred to your bank account as per the payment cycle . The mode of payment would be RTGES or NEFT, whichever is applicable.

13. Can customer provide feedback and why is it important for me?
Customers can give their feedback on product and seller both. While shopping online, customers tend to buy products from sellers who have high rating and positive feedback. It is one of the most important parameters that influences customer’s decision.

14. How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a notification via E-mail.   You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on cupaya.com and going to SHOP – MY ACCCOUNT –  ORDER  section.

15. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on cupaya.com?

Your online transaction on cupaya.com  is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet..

16. Do I have to list my products?

You can get in touch with our help line that will support you in product listing or mail us care@cupaya.com  with your listing requirement.

17. How do I know about my history of Billing and purchase?

By logging into your account on cupaya.com and going to SHOP – MY ACCOUNT –  you can view billing and purchase details. Or alternatively you can visit following URL after logging : https://www.cupaya.com/account/

18. What kind of payment options do you provide?

We offer below mentioned payment options:

Debit/Credit cards

19. Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

All the duties and taxes are included in the price quoted by the vendor. So, the user doesn’t have to worry about the taxes.
Though there might be some case where some Local Body Tax or Octroi is levied like BMC in Mumbai etc., it has to be born by the Buyer and paid to the shipping company directly on delivery of the product.
